I had a great experience. Immediately greeted by Carol who helped me find the perfect sofa within minutes. The entire process went without a hitch. Sofa was delivered in 2 days by two really nice gentlemen. The week before I had ordered a sofa online and it was a nightmere. Wrong sofa was sent and had to return it. I'll never buy something like this online again. Thank you Carol for all you help. It was a pleasure to meet you and thank you Ashley for selling quality furniture.

With superb care & knowledge, saleswoman Jasmin sold my “fussy” 91 yr old mom a recliner couch. She was beyond helpful and patient, answered many questions and got us a good deal to boot. I highly recommend using Jasmin at Ashley furniture in Culver City!

Carroll was AMAZING! If you need a mattress or an adjustable base or both she is the one to ask for. She took her time to explain everything. We also enjoyed that the store manager Maya came over to answer some of our questions.

I have had such a pleasant experience at this store but more specifically with team member Will Harris Jr. Will has an exceptional level of follow through and professionalism. He made me feel like my business was appreciated and his extra efforts were noticed. He was not my sales person but he worked just as hard as if he was. Finally someone who says let me check and I will call you right back and actually does. Thank you Will and Ashley Furniture.
